Hi, I’m Heidi, also known as Yumi, and I'm the owner and illustrator of Yumismade.

Growing up, I always enjoyed the arts. Although I pursued an engineering profession, I eventually found myself drawing again in 2020. After sharing my illustrations online for a few years, I found a new joy in bringing my illustrations to life on items that I can share with loved ones.

Even in this digital age, I still love writing in my journal, keeping a physical planner, and decorating stationery items. I find that writing and doing things by hand helps me slow down and be more present. I think that's why I love the handmade nature of our products; as I cut and fold each card by hand, I get to imagine the people it will reach and the variety of messages that will be written inside.

I hope our products give you an opportunity to slow down, help you celebrate a special milestone, or encourage a loved one. It means so much to me that you're here and I hope you find something here that really resonates with you or someone you care about.
